What I Learned After Overcoming My Public Speaking FEAR
Almost 80% of the world has an absolute fear of speaking, presenting, and voicing their opinions in front of others. For most, they’re afraid of what others will think, nervous about the outcome, and tend to become paralyzed by the fear of speaking.
Although this fear dictates how most operate within their life, how would you feel if you were able to accomplish ALL of your desires? Even if it required you to speak in public on a consistent basis?
Life will not give you your desires without you taking the initiative. The biggest breakthrough that I realized when I had a desire to overcome my public speaking fear was that I needed to take massive action in my life.
“Success is not handed to you. You must work hard for it and you must never dishonor what you’ve achieved.” — Gail Tsukiyama
The ethical and moral viewpoint of creating a fulfilled life requires you to face your challenge in its eyes, and put your head through the wall so you can feel a sense of accomplishment right after. The only way you can breakaway from the fear of public speaking is by taking the action to overcome it. By gaining mentorship, connecting with people and building confidence within yourself.
By viewing every difficulty, challenge and obstacle as an opportunity to grow, you are building a life that is filled with prosperity and abundance.
Real growth stems from taking massive action on a consistent basis. If you aren’t growing in all areas of your life, you are slowly dying! Action allows you to transform into your fullest potential and seek a life of satisfaction.
I suggest that you start to take the initiative today! It will allow you to fuel your confidence tank so you can attract your desires. Dive deep into yourself and examine how your life would be like of you lived a life without fear. Wouldn’t it feel thrilling? Turn on your action engine- hit the gas- and boost your way into overcoming your public speaking fear!
Maybe your desires is to create a legacy for your family or provide them with a fulfilled life, regardless of what it is, you are the only one that can make it happen.
